My son recently got married in Lufkin, TX. I called every caterer I could find a phone number for. Many never called back or numbers were disconnected. The bride's mother recommended Texas Custom Catering. I called and they called back! We planned the rehearsal dinner over the phone. We served about 40 and everyone raved about how great the food was! I think some of the guests were surprised at the excellent gourmet food from a small town caterer!
